Lo studio dei fattori terapeutici in psicoanalisi non dispone ancora di evidenze empiriche sufficienti per convalidare le credenze ritenute più attendibili. Dai tempi di Strachey nelle teorie esplicite e soprattutto implicite degli psicoanalisti l’interpretazione verbale “mutativa” viene considerata l’agente principale del cambiamento psichico. Diversi autori sottolineano invece oggi l’importanza di altri fattori trasformativi “recettivi”, non interpretativi, silenti, tra cui anzitutto la funzione – svolta dal setting – di contenitore, di holding, di “madre ambiente”, e la sua azione di rinforzo del “senso di sé”. Nel gruppo analitico il tacito senso di appartenenza sperimentato dai suoi membri alimenta un vissuto di accettazione incondizionata rinforzato dalla qualità corporea del contenimento gruppale e dal rispecchiamento visivo reciproco. The study of therapeutic factors in psychoanalysis still has not enough empirical evidences to validate the most trusted beliefs. Since the time of Strachey, in the explicit and mostly implicit theories of pschoanalysts the “mutative” verbal interpretation is considered the main agent of psychic change. Some authors instead underline today the importance of other transformative “receptive” factors, non interpretive, silent, including above all the function of container, holding, “environmental mother” performed by the setting, and its reinforcing action on the “sense of self”. In the analyticgroup the tacit sense of membership experienced by its members feeds a feeling of unconditional acceptance strenghtened by the bodily quality of group containment and the mutual visual mirroring. Mais aujourd’hui, plusieurs auteurs soulignent l’importance d’autres facteurs transformateurs«réceptifs», non interprétatifs, silencieux, parmi lesquels d’abord la fonction - assurée par le setting - de contenant, de holding, de «mère-envoronnement», et son action de renforcement du «sens de soi». Dans le groupe analytique, le sentiment tacite d’appartenance ressenti par ses membres alimente une expérience d’acceptation inconditionnelle renforcée par la qualité corporelle du confinement du groupe et du miroir visuel mutuel. Desde la época de Strachey, en las teorías explícitas y sobre todo implícitas de los psicoanalistas, la interpretación verbal “mutativa” ha sido considerada el principal agente de cambio psíquico. Hoy, sin embargo, varios autores subrayan la importancia de otros factores transformadores “receptivos”, no interpretativos y silenciosos, entre ellos, en primer lugar, la función - desempeñada por el setting - de holding, de “madre ambiente”, y su acción en el reforzar el “sentimiento de si mismo”. En el grupo analítico, el sentido tácito de pertenencia experimentado por sus miembros alimenta una experiencia de aceptación incondicional reforzada por la cualidad corporal de la contención grupal y el espejo visual mutuo. VON DER MUTATIVEN DEUTUNG ZUR STUMMEN DEUTUNG: WEGE DER DOPPEL UND GRUPPEN PSYCHOANALYSE. Die Untersuchung der therapeutischen Faktoren in der Psychoanalyse verfügt noch nicht über ausreichende empirische Evidenz, um die als am zuverlässigsten angesehenen Überzeugungen zu bestätigen. Seit Strachey wird in den expliziten und insbesondere in den impliziten Theorien der Psychoanalytiker die “mutative” verbale Deutung als Hauptagens der psychischen Veränderung angesehen. Verschiedene Autoren unterstreichen heute dagegen die Bedeutung anderer “rezeptiver”, nicht deutender, stummer transformativer Faktoren, darunter vor allem die sich aus dem Setting ergebende Funktion des Containers, des Holdings, der “Umwelt-Mutter”, und die von ihr bewirkte Stärkung des “Selbstgefühls”. In der analytischen Gruppe nährt das unausgesprochene Zugehörigkeitsgefühl, das von den Mitgliedern erlebt wird, eine Erfahrung bedingungsloser Akzeptanz, das von der körperlichen Qualität des Gruppen-Containments und von der wechselseitigen visuellen Spiegelung verstärkt wird.
