Tra distruttività e creatività. Esplorazioni teorico-cliniche su «L’uso di un oggetto» di D. Winnicott

Ne «L’uso di un oggetto» D. Winnicott si interroga sui rischi di inefficacia e interminabilità dell’analisi, e sui modi per modificare il nucleo psicotico sottostante strutture schizoidi, narcisistiche e borderline. L’A. mostra gli effetti del controllo onnipotente, e il significato dei concetti di distruzione potenziale e di sopravvivenza dell’analista. Egli illustra la rilevanza del transfert paterno nelle dinamiche dell’uso dell’oggetto, e come l’incontro tra la distruttività potenziale del paziente e la capacità dell’analista di rispondere attraverso la propria soggettività temperata, permetta al paziente di fare esperienza dell’analista come oggetto vivo e reale. Due le funzioni psichiche riconducibili ai processi dell’uso: la costituzione della capacità del paziente di sviluppare il proprio senso di essere reale e l’instaurarsi di un’interazione e oscillazione tra processi creativi e processi distruttivi.

Between destructiveness and creativity. Theoretical-clinical explorations of D. Winnicott’s «The Use of an Object». In «The Use of an Object» D. Winnicott questions the risks of ineffectiveness and interminability of analysis, and ways to modify the psychotic core underlying schizoid, narcissistic and borderline structures. The author shows the effects of omnipotent control, and the significance of the concepts of potential destruction and survival of the analyst. He illustrates the relevance of the paternal transference in the dynamics of object use, and how the encounter between the patient’s potential destructiveness and the analyst’s ability to respond through his own tempered subjectivity allows the patient to experience the analyst as a real, living object. Two psychic functions can be ascribed to the processes of use: the constitution of the patient’s capacity to develop his own sense of being real and the establishment of an interaction and oscillation between creative and destructive processes.

Winnicott s’interroge sur les risques d’inefficacité et d’interminabilité de l’analyse, et sur les manières de modifier le noyau psychotique qui sous-tend les structures schizoïdes, narcissiques et borderline. L’Auteur montre les effets du contrôle tout-puissant et la signification des concepts de destruction potentielle et de survie de l’analyste. Winnicott cuestiona acerca de los riesgos de ineficacia e interminabilidad del análisis, y sobre las diferentes formas de modificar el núcleo psicótico que subyace a las estructuras esquizoides, narcisistas y límite. El autor muestra los efectos del control omnipotente y el significado de los conceptos de destrucción potencial y supervivencia del analista. Ilustra además la relevancia de la transferencia paterna en la dinámica del uso del objeto, y cómo el encuentro entre la capacidad destructiva potencial del paciente y la capacidad del analista para responder a través de su propia subjetividad templada le permite al paciente experimentar al analista como un objeto vivo y real. Hay dos funciones psíquicas atribuibles a los procesos de uso: el establecimiento de la capacidad del paciente para desarrollar su propio sentido de ser real y el establecimiento de una interacción y oscilación entre procesos creativos y procesos destructivos.

Zwischen Destruktivität und Kreativität. Theoretisch-klinische Erkundungen zu Winnicotts «Objektverwendung».In «Objektverwendung» fragt Winnicott nach den Risiken der Ineffizienz und Unabschließbarkeit der Analyse und nach den Arten und Weise, den schizoiden, narzisstischen und Borderline-Strukturen unterliegenden psychotischen Kern zu modifizieren. Der Verfasser zeigt die Effekte der allmächtigen Kontrolle sowie die Bedeutung der Konzepte der potentiellen Zerstörung und des Überlebens des Analytikers auf. Er veranschaulicht die Relevanz der väterlichen Übertragung in den Dynamiken der Objektverwendung und inwiefern das Zusammentreffen der potentiellen Destruktivität des Patienten und der Fähigkeit des Analytikers, mit seiner eigenen gemäßigten Subjektivität zu antworten, es dem Patienten erlaubt, den Analytiker als lebendiges und reales Objekt zu erleben. Zwei psychische Funktionen können auf die Prozesse der Verwendung zurückgeführt werden: die Bildung der Fähigkeit des Patienten, sein eigenes Wirklichkeitsgefühl zu entwickeln und die Etablierung einer Interaktion und Oszillation zwischen kreativen und destruktiven Prozessen.
