L’articolo riflette sulla distorsione del significato delle relazioni nelle perversioni. Dopo una disamina storica dei principali filoni psicoanalitici al riguardo, attraverso i passaggi più significativi di un percorso analitico, cerco di evidenziare le trasformazioni relazionali del paziente e delle dinamiche transfert-controtransfert. Il paziente sembra essere passato, almeno in parte, da una modalità relazionale basata sull’uso dell’oggetto, alla consapevolezza della propria e altrui sofferenza, riconoscendo in definitiva le proprie fragilità e l’esistenza di un oggetto altro da sé, rispettandolo. Il contatto con l’angoscia depressiva, nel riconoscere i propri limiti, aggressività e distruttività, ha permesso di superare la posizione schizoparanoidea e la posizione di bambino idoleggiato, ed è stato facilitato anche dall’elaborazione dei vissuti controtrasferali e delle derive dell’empatia provati dall’analista.

DEPRESSIVE ANXIETY AND PERVERSION OF THE MEANING OF RELATIONSHIP. A POSSIBLE REPARATION: The article aims to reflect on the distortions of meaning of relationships in the pathology of pervertion. After an historical examination of the main psychoanalytic strands on the theory of pervertion, I will try, through the significant steps of an analytical path, to highlight the patient’s trasformations and the transference/countertransference dynamics.

I will try to highlight the significant steps that from a relational modality based on the use of the object, the patient has, at least in part, managed to become aware of the suffering of others and his own, ultimately recognizing his own fragility and the existence of an object other than himself, accessing the possibility of respecting it. The patient seems to have been able to access, at least in part, the depressive anxiety, recognizing his own limits, his own aggression and the destructiveness

underlying his own behaviors, abandoning the paranoid-schizoid position and the position of an idolized child. The work points out how the elaboration of countertransference and of the drifts of empathy felt by the analyst has been fundamental in the transformation process.

ANGOISSE DÉPRESSIVE ET PERVERSION DE SENS DES RELATIONS. UNE ÉVENTUELLE RÉPARATION: L’article réfléchit sur la distorsion du sens des relations dans les perversions. Après un examen historique des principaux courants psychanalytiques à cet égard, à travers les passages les plus significatifs d’un parcours analytique, je tente de mettre en évidence les transformations relationnelles du patient et des dynamiques transférentielles-contre-transférentielles. Le patient semble être passé, au moins en partie, d’une modalité relationnelle basée sur l’usage de l’objet, à la conscience de la souffrance sa propre et de celle des autres, reconnaissant finalement sa propre fragilité et l’existence d’un objet autre que lui, en le respectant. Le contact avec l’angoisse dépressive, en reconnaissant ses propres limites, son agressivité et sa destructivité, a permis de dépasser la position schizoïde-paranoïaque et la position de l’enfant idolâtré, et a été également facilité par l’élaboration des expériences contre-transférentielles et des dérives d’empathie vécues par l’analyste.

ANGUSTIA DEPRESIVA Y PERVERSIÓN DEL SENTIDO DE LAS RELACIONES. UNA POSIBLE REPARACIÓN: El artículo reflexiona sobre la distorsión del significado de las relaciones en las perversiones. Luego de un examen histórico de las principales corrientes psicoanalíticas al respecto, a través de los pasajes más significativos de un recorrido analítico, la autora intenta destacar las transformaciones relacionales del paciente y la dinámica transferencia-contratransferencia. El paciente parece haber pasado, al menos en parte, desde una modalidad relacional basada en el uso del objeto, a la conciencia del sufrimiento propio y ajeno, reconociendo en último término su propia fragilidad y la existencia de un objeto distinto a él mismo, respetándolo. El contacto con la angustia depresiva, al reconocer los propios límites, la agresividad y la destructividad, permitió superar la posición esquizo-paranoide y la posición del niño idolatrado, y fue facilitado también por la elaboración de las vivencias contratransferenciales y las derivas de empatía experimentadas por el analista.

DEPRESSIVE ANGST UND PERVERSION DES BEZIEHUNGSSINNES. EINE MÖGLICHE REPARATUR: Der Artikel stellt Überlegungen zur Verzerrung der Bedeutung der Beziehungen in den Perversionen an. Nach einer historischen Untersuchung der in dieser Hinsicht wichtigsten psychoanalytischen Stränge versuche ich anhand der bedeutendsten Passagen eines analytischen Weges die Beziehungstransformationen des Patienten und der Dynamiken von Übertragung und Gegenübertragung herauszuarbeiten. Der Patient scheint, zumindest teilweise, von einer auf den Objektgebrauch begründeten Beziehungsmodalität zu einem Bewusstsein seines eigenen und des Leidens der anderen zu gelangen, wobei er in letzter Konsequenz die eigene Zerbrechlichkeit und die Existenz eines von ihm anderen Objekts anerkennt und dieses respektiert. Im Erkennen der eigenen Grenzen, Aggressivität und Destruktivität hat der Kontakt mit der depressiven Angst, der auch vom Durcharbeiten der Gegenübertragungserlebnisse und den Empathiedrifts des Analytikers begünstigt wurde, die Überwindung der schizoparanoiden Position und derjenigen des idolisierten Kindes ermöglicht.
