Al di là dell’imitazione: un dialogo immaginario tra Eugenio Gaddini e André Green   Il dialogo immaginario tra Eugenio Gaddini e André Green propone un confronto tra i due autori che delinea, accanto a perspicue differenze, punti di sorprendente confluenza. Accomunati da un rigoroso impegno metapsicologico hanno, entrambi, esplorato la specificità della relazione con il paterno. Nel sostenere che la ricerca di Gaddini è più rivolta alla preistoria del complesso edipico, mentre quella di Green alle estensioni della triangolazione edipica, si sottolinea ed evidenzia l’importanza nodale del concetto di scena primaria. The imaginary dialogue between Eugenio Gaddini and André Green proposes a comparison between the two authors that outlines, alongside perspicuous differences, points of surprising confluence. Shared by a rigorous metapsychological commitment, they have both explored the specificity of the relationship with the paternal. In arguing that Gaddini’s research is more concerned with the prehistory of the oedipal complex, while Green’s with the extensions of the oedipal triangulation, the nodal importance of the concept of the primary scene is emphasised and highlighted. Unis par un engagement métapsychologique rigoureux, ils explorent tous deux la spécificité de la relation au paternel. En soutenant que les recherches de Gaddini visent davantage la préhistoire du complexe œdipien, tandis que celles de Green s’intéressent aux extensions de la triangulation œdipienne, l’importance nodale du concept de scène primaire est soulignée et mise en valeur. Al sostener que las investigaciones de Gaddini se dirigen más a la prehistoria del complejo de Edipo, mientras que las de Green a las extensiones de la triangulación de Edipo, se subraya y destaca la importancia nodal del concepto de escena primaria. Der imaginäre Dialog zwischen Eugenio Gaddini und André Green schlägt eine Gegenüberstellung der beiden Autoren vor, die neben deutlichen Unterschieden überraschende Übereinstimmungen umreißt. Geeint in ihrer strengen metapsychologischen Verpflichtung haben beide die Besonderheit der Beziehung zum Väterlichen untersucht. Mit der These, dass Gaddinis Forschung stärker auf die Vorgeschichte des Ödipuskomplexes und Greens stärker auf die Erweiterungen der ödipalen Triangulierung ausgerichtet ist, wird die Bedeutung des Konzeptes der Urszene als Knotenpunkt hervorgehoben. Lo scritto si occupa delle difficoltà incontrate dallo psicoanalista nell’incontro con analizzandi lontani dalla possibilità di avvalersi della rappresentazione e della simbolizzazione. Dopo aver accennato alle principali carenze di funzionamento di tali pazienti, esamina le ripercussioni di queste sulla soggettività dell’analista e suggerisce il lavoro da fare su sé stesso per ampliarne i confini al fine di dare spazio dentro di sé agli aspetti problematici del paziente. Si occupa, infine, di alcune scelte tecniche necessarie per creare l’ambiente adeguato per una proficua collaborazione della coppia analizzando/analista. The paper examines the difficulties of the psychoanalyst with patients who lack the opportunity to benefit from representation and symbolization. After mentioning the main function deficiencies experienced by these patients it examines their repercussions on analyst’s subjectivity and suggests the type of self-oriented work to undertaken to amplify one’s horizons towards the acceptance of the patient’s problematic aspects within oneself. Finally, the paper examine some technical choices necessary to create the appropriate environment for a fruitful analyst-patient relationship. L’article traite des difficultés rencontrées par le psychanalyste en séance avec des analysants éloignés de la possibilité de recourir à la représentation et à la symbolisation. Après avoir évoqué les principales déficiences fonctionnelles de ces patients, il examine les répercussions de celles-ci sur la subjectivité de l’analyste et suggère le travail à faire sur lui-même pour en élargir les frontières afin de donner de l’espace en luimême aux aspects problématiques du patient. Enfin, il aborde quelques choix techniques nécessaires pour créer l’environnement propice à une collaboration fructueuse du couple analysant/analyste. El artículo aborda las dificultades encontradas por los psicoanalistas al encontrar pacientes en análisis que están lejos de la posibilidad de hacer uso de la representación y la simbolización. Después de haber mencionado las principales deficiencias funcionales de estos pacientes, examina las repercusiones de éstas en la subjetividad del analista y sugiere el trabajo a realizar sobre sí mismo para ampliar los límites con el fin de dar espacio dentro de sí mismo a los aspectos problemáticos del paciente. Finalmente, aborda algunas opciones técnicas necesarias para crear el entorno adecuado para una colaboración fructífera entre la pareja analizante/analista. Der Beitrag befasst sich mit den Schwierigkeiten, auf die der Psychoanalytiker bei der Begegnung mit Analysanden trifft, die weit davon entfernt sind, von Darstellung und Symbolisierung Gebrauch zu machen. Nach einer Darstellung der wichtigsten Mängel des Funktionierens solcher Patienten, werden deren Auswirkungen auf die Subjektivität des Analytikers untersucht und Vorschläge gemacht für die Arbeit an sichselbst zur Erweiterung der eigenen Grenzen mit dem Ziel, den problematischen Aspekten des Patienten in sich Raum zu geben. Zuletzt beschäftigt sich der Beitrag mit einigen technischen Entscheidungen, die notwendig sind, um ein Umfeld zu schaffen, das für eine gewinnbringende Zusammenarbeit von Analysand und Analytiker geeignet ist. Il lavoro affronta il paradosso della indispensabilità, sin dall’origine della vita psichica, della relazione con un oggetto perché il soggetto diventi se stesso, dove l’identificazione è la prima forma di legame, e d’altra parte dell’isolamento necessario del core self per sentirsi vivi e avere il senso del reale. Il core self è stato teorizzato da Winnicott come nucleo sacro inaccessibile, che non deve essere alterato dal contatto con gli oggetti non-me: «The question is: how to be isolated without having to be insulated?». Un esempio clinico viene proposto a illustrare un percorso di rispetto di questa area psichica a cui nemmeno l’analista può accedere, che costituisce l’esperienza “sacra” dell’analisi, volta a favorire identificazioni non adattative e alteranti, ma creative e produttive. The paper deals with the paradox of the indispensability, from the origin of psychic life, of the relationship with an object for the subject to become itself, where identification is the first form of bonding, and on the other hand of the necessary isolation of the core self in order to feel alive and have a sense of the real. The core self was theorised by Winnicott as an inaccessible sacred core, which must not be altered by contact with non-me objects: «The question is: how to be isolated without having to be insulated?». A clinical example is proposed to illustrate a pathway of respect for this psychic area that not even the analyst can access, which constitutes the “sacred” experience of analysis, aimed at fostering identifications that are not adaptive and altering, but creative and productive. Lo studio dei fattori terapeutici in psicoanalisi non dispone ancora di evidenze empiriche sufficienti per convalidare le credenze ritenute più attendibili. Dai tempi di Strachey nelle teorie esplicite e soprattutto implicite degli psicoanalisti l’interpretazione verbale “mutativa” viene considerata l’agente principale del cambiamento psichico. Diversi autori sottolineano invece oggi l’importanza di altri fattori trasformativi “recettivi”, non interpretativi, silenti, tra cui anzitutto la funzione – svolta dal setting – di contenitore, di holding, di “madre ambiente”, e la sua azione di rinforzo del “senso di sé”. Nel gruppo analitico il tacito senso di appartenenza sperimentato dai suoi membri alimenta un vissuto di accettazione incondizionata rinforzato dalla qualità corporea del contenimento gruppale e dal rispecchiamento visivo reciproco. The study of therapeutic factors in psychoanalysis still has not enough empirical evidences to validate the most trusted beliefs. Since the time of Strachey, in the explicit and mostly implicit theories of pschoanalysts the “mutative” verbal interpretation is considered the main agent of psychic change. Some authors instead underline today the importance of other transformative “receptive” factors, non interpretive, silent, including above all the function of container, holding, “environmental mother” performed by the setting, and its reinforcing action on the “sense of self”. In the analyticgroup the tacit sense of membership experienced by its members feeds a feeling of unconditional acceptance strenghtened by the bodily quality of group containment and the mutual visual mirroring. L’étude des facteurs thérapeutiques en psychanalyse ne dispose pas encore de preuves empiriques suffisantes pour valider les croyances considérées comme les plus fiables. Depuis l’époque de Strachey, dans les théories explicites et surtout implicites des psychanalystes, l’interprétation verbale «mutative» est considérée comme l’agent principal du changement psychique. Mais aujourd’hui, plusieurs auteurs soulignent l’importance d’autres facteurs transformateurs«réceptifs», non interprétatifs, silencieux, parmi lesquels d’abord la fonction - assurée par le setting - de contenant, de holding, de «mère-envoronnement», et son action de renforcement du «sens de soi». Dans le groupe analytique, le sentiment tacite d’appartenance ressenti par ses membres alimente une expérience d’acceptation inconditionnelle renforcée par la qualité corporelle du confinement du groupe et du miroir visuel mutuel. Hoy, sin embargo, varios autores subrayan la importancia de otros factores transformadores “receptivos”, no interpretativos y silenciosos, entre ellos, en primer lugar, la función - desempeñada por el setting - de holding, de “madre ambiente”, y su acción en el reforzar el “sentimiento de si mismo”. En el grupo analítico, el sentido tácito de pertenencia experimentado por sus miembros alimenta una experiencia de aceptación incondicional reforzada por la cualidad corporal de la contención grupal y el espejo visual mutuo. VON DER MUTATIVEN DEUTUNG ZUR STUMMEN DEUTUNG: WEGE DER DOPPEL UND GRUPPEN PSYCHOANALYSE. Die Untersuchung der therapeutischen Faktoren in der Psychoanalyse verfügt noch nicht über ausreichende empirische Evidenz, um die als am zuverlässigsten angesehenen Überzeugungen zu bestätigen. Seit Strachey wird in den expliziten und insbesondere in den impliziten Theorien der Psychoanalytiker die “mutative” verbale Deutung als Hauptagens der psychischen Veränderung angesehen. Verschiedene Autoren unterstreichen heute dagegen die Bedeutung anderer “rezeptiver”, nicht deutender, stummer transformativer Faktoren, darunter vor allem die sich aus dem Setting ergebende Funktion des Containers, des Holdings, der “Umwelt-Mutter”, und die von ihr bewirkte Stärkung des “Selbstgefühls”. In der analytischen Gruppe nährt das unausgesprochene Zugehörigkeitsgefühl, das von den Mitgliedern erlebt wird, eine Erfahrung bedingungsloser Akzeptanz, das von der körperlichen Qualität des Gruppen-Containments und von der wechselseitigen visuellen Spiegelung verstärkt wird.
